Ordering
Information
We
use PayPal and we accept Visa, MasterCard,
American Express and Discover. After ordering
you will receive an email confirmation.
When we ship we will email you with a shipping
tracking number.
Returns and Exchanges
All items must be returned within 60 days
of purchase in order to receive and exchange
item.
Returns
and exchanges will only be accepted on merchandise
purchased at Empower Your Life Online.
Empower
Your Life will credit or exchange merchandise
that is defective in any way.
Adhere
the supplied pre-paid mailing label onto
the outside of the return package. No additional
outbound freight will be incurred on exchanges.
Original
freight will not be credited on merchandise
that is NOT defective.
If
you are exchanging for products of greater
value, please provide your credit card information
on the exchange form.
Contact
us for the return / exchange form.
Please
allow 30 days for credits to be processed
against your card.
Back Orders
You will be notified within 24 hours if
an item you have ordered is out of stock.
An
online customer service rep will contact
the customer and advise them of the wait
time for the item that is backordered.
