How do I cancel or change my order?

Call us to cancel or change an order. Our sales team will see if you order has not already shipped. If a tracking number has not been assigned, your can cancel your order by calling 800-753-9526 (US only) or 805-579-1100.

If your order has been assigned a tracking number, Customer Service will further assist you with setting up a return.
