How
do I Return My Order?
It's rare for customers to need to return their
FlashPoint ShareDrive, SharePlayer or accessories
products. However, if you're not satisfied with
your purchase and have not opened the plastic seal
packaging, please call or e-mail us at info@sharedrives.com
right
away.
How
do I return an item within 3 days if you have not
broken open the plastic seal packaging?
Return
for Credit (Refund): If you are within 3 days of
purchase and have not broken the plastic seal packaging,
you may return your product for a credit (excluding
shipping charges). Please review our terms and conditions.
For
returning a FlashPoint ShareDrive or FlashPoint
SharePlayer for credit within 3 days of purchase,
you may request an RMA using our online RMA request
form.
Cross-ship
Exchange: FlashPoint ShareDrives/SharePlayer will
ship your new product if you agree to have the new
purchase charged to your credit card (if applicable)
at the time of shipment. When FlashPoint ShareDrives/SharePlayer
receives the returned product, we will issue you
a credit within 7-10 days.
Wait-to-Receive Exchange: No charges or credits
are made; Xmultiple ships your new product after
we receive your return. This method takes a little
longer due to the shipping time. (Please note that
current pricing for the replacement product must
exactly match the pricing of your original purchase.
If the pricing has changed since your original order,
we can set up your exchange on cross-ship terms.)
In order to receive full credit you must also return
all accessories (cables, manuals, or CDs) that shipped
with the product. If accessories are missing, $5
will be deducted from your refund.
What
if I have a problem with my product after 90 days?
If your product fails within the warranty terms
and period, we want to remedy the situation as quickly
as possible. Please contact us directly to obtain
an RMA number before sending the product back to
Xmultiple.
Why
do I need an RMA number, and how do I get one?
You must have an RMA number before you return any
products to us. Without an RMA number, we will not
have a record to indicate we are expecting your
return, causing your refund or exchange to be delayed
while we research your order. We do not want a delay
to happen we want you to get your refund
or exchange as soon as possible.
To
get an RMA number for an exchange, just contact
us directly with the following information:
Serial
number
Order number
Billing and shipping address
Contact information, such as a phone number or e-mail
address
The return or exchange method that you prefer. If
you choose the cross-ship method, and you would
like to use a different credit card for your replacement
order, please call us to obtain an RMA number.
How
and where do I send my return?
After you obtain an RMA number, please carefully
package the product in the original box. Packaging
our box in a sturdy shipping box, making sure that
you include all accessories and manuals that came
with the item. Write the RMA number on the outside
of your package, and then use a trackable shipping
method to send the package to:

Please
only ship by UPS, FedEx or a company who has a means
of tracking your returen. We are not responsible
if the product does not reach us. Please retain
shipping information, including tracking numbers,
until your account or original credit card has been
credited by Xmultiple or until you receive the replacement
product.

Technologies reserves the right to charge a restocking
fee (up to 20 percent) for products being return
for an exchange. This fee is charged at our discretion
after reviewing the condition of the unit being
returned.
