Jeremy Chiu
President
With over 30 years of experience in the Interconnection solution industry, Mr. Chiu brings seasoned leadership to his role as President of Xmultiple, where he also serves on its Board of Directors. Before Xmultiple, Mr. Chiu was President and Chief Executive Officer of D'Nova, a global provider of network cabling solutions for connecting multi-user networks and telephone systems, where he saw the company through its years as a cabling leading company. Mr. Chiu is best known for his role as President and Chief Executive Officer of Plexcom, Inc. where he was credited with leading the US operations through a time of unprecedented growth, doubling revenue year over year, and eventually taking on oversight of operations in North America, Europe, China, and South America. .He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of SharePlayers Global, a strategic manufacturer of sharing on the go flash memory products.

Alan Pocrass
CEO
Alan Pocrass is Chief Executive Officer of Xmultiple Technologies. Xmultiple is one of the fastest growing interconnection solution companies with business services worldwide. Xmultiple has locations around the globe. Before assuming his current position, Mr. Pocrass served as Chief Executive Officer of Plexcom, Inc., one of the leading networking companies in North America. Mr. Pocrass was a principal architect of the thin client technology used by companies to reduce computer services cost and the space required for deployment of computers and networking products.

Mr. Pocrass began his career in 1971 as a manager with NCR Corporation. From 1982 through 1995, he developed patents related to the computer and networking fields while serving as Co-Chair of International Operations and CEO of QuantumNet, Inc. with offices in Taiwan, New York and London. During this period, he participated in the development of many patents related to the communications products industries, and served on the boards of various companies and not-for-profit organizations.

Mr. Pocrass is a member of the Presidents Club of Ohio State University. Mr. Pocrass was educated at Ohio State University, where he has a B.S. degree in Marketing.

Jeffrey Tsai
Vice President, Worldwide Engineering
Mr. Tsai is responsible for all Xmultiple Technologies software and hardware product development functions, as well as the management of engineering resources worldwide. Mr. Tsai has been Vice President of Engineering at Xmultiple since 1995, having led Engineering for all the fast growth of the company. Before joining Xmultiple, Mr. Tsai served as Corporate Director for Product and Market Development and Director of Engineering for Econn Industries, and spent ten years with D'Nova in various engineering management positions. He holds an MSEE degree from Taiwan Institute of Technology.

Drew Stoiberg
Vice President of Marketing Communications
Mr. Stoiberg is responsible for marketing communications worldwide. Before joining the Company, Mr. Stoiberg held global communication leadership roles at United Fiberoptics, Inc. and served for nearly ten years in marketing communications positions at the Technology Solutions Group of Plexcom, Inc. He has more than 20 years of experience in the marketing of technology, and holds a B.A. in Communications.

Mike Basowski
Executive National Sales Manager
Mr. Basowski is responsible for all channel and direct sales for the Americas and Europe. He brings to Xmultiple over 25 years of sales and operations management experience in the Interconnection and Information Technology industries. Prior to joining the Company,
Mr. Basowski served as the Sales Manager for Erni Components. He also served in a variety of executive sales, marketing, and operations management positions with Hirose Electric. Mr. Basowski joined Xmultiple in 2005 as the National Sales Manager. Mr. Basowski has a musical background and his Blues band sponsors Charitable events every year.

Colin Bonniface
Director of European Sales
Mr. Bonnaface is responsible for operations, customer services, sales and marketing for Europe. Prior to joining Xmultiple, Mr. Bonnaface was the Sales Manager for ML Network, Ltd., where he managed a wide range of sales departments, including the small and medium business channel, customer support, new business development,and strategic marketing. In addition, Mr. Bonnaface has served in a variety of management positions in contracts and finance.

Dolores Traczy
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Traczy has over 25 years of senior financial and executive management expertise in high growth technology companies and public accounting. Ms. Tarczy most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Plexcom, Inc, an early-stage privately-backed company that provided next generation fiber optical components and sub-systems to the telecommunications market. She also held positions as Chief Financial Officer for QuantumNet Systems. She has with over 20 years of public accounting experience. During her career, Mr. Tarczy has been responsible for a variety of financial and general management functions, including investor relations, finance, operations, acquisitions and integration of acquired operations.
